JPG to PDF Converter

Turn one or many JPG photos into a single PDF – for applications, scanned documents, receipts or photo albums. Arrange the pages, choose the page size and, if a portal has an upload limit, set a maximum file size such as 300 KB.

Choose JPG files – or drop or paste them hereEach image becomes one page · JPG, PNG, HEIC, WebP and more

JPG photos are placed in the PDF unchanged unless a size limit requires smaller images, so they keep their full quality.

Private: your data is processed in your browser and never uploaded.

How to convert JPG to PDF

    1. Choose your JPG or JPEG files, or drop them on the page. Each image becomes one page.
    2. Drag the thumbnails or use the arrows to put the pages in order, then choose page size, orientation and margin.
    3. Click Create PDF. If the PDF must stay below an upload limit, enter the maximum size in KB first.

JPG to PDF in 300 KB, 500 KB or 1 MB

Government, university and job portals often accept PDFs only up to a fixed size – 100 KB, 300 KB, 500 KB or 1 MB are common limits. Enter the limit in Max. file size (KB), and the converter works towards it step by step:

    1. The photos are compressed again at the quality you set.
    2. If the PDF is still too large, the quality is lowered in steps down to 50 %.
    3. After that, the image resolution is reduced until the PDF fits.

The result shows the final size and the settings used, or tells you if the limit cannot be reached. Tips: crop scans to the paper before converting, and enter a slightly lower value than the portal's limit – this converter counts 1 KB as 1,024 bytes, while some portals count 1,000.

    Page size, orientation and margins

    OptionEffect
A4210 × 297 mm – the standard paper size in most countries
US Letter8.5 × 11 in – the standard in the USA and Canada
Same as imageEvery page is exactly as large as its photo, without white borders
Orientation: automaticLandscape photos get landscape pages, portrait photos portrait pages

Without a size limit, your JPG files are copied into the PDF unchanged, so there is no quality loss, and the rotation stored by the camera is respected.

    Frequently asked questions

Can I combine several JPGs into one PDF?

Yes. Add as many photos as you need; each becomes one page in the order shown, which you can change by dragging or with the arrow buttons.

Will the quality of my photos be reduced?

No, not without a size limit: each JPG is placed in the PDF exactly as it is. Only a maximum file size – or a rare CMYK JPG – makes the converter compress the images again.

How do I make a JPG to PDF of 300 KB?

Add your photos, type 300 into Max. file size (KB) and click Create PDF. The converter lowers quality and resolution until the PDF is at most 300 KB and shows the final size.

    Are my photos uploaded?

No. The PDF is created in your browser, so your photos and documents never leave your device.
